How to add post processing to your photos.
In order to use post-processing, you need to setup your tool first. This is needed because the existence of many renderers pipelines.
Ensure you know which renderer pipeline you are using (Built-In, URP or HDRP)
Go To Tools > PerfectShot > Setup.
Click the right button depending on your redering pipeline.

After that, you will be able to see a Toggle for turning on or off the post processing.
Now you need to ensure your scene has Post Processing. This process similar to every Rendering Pipeline.
Ensure you have a VolumeProfile in you project and in your scene.
Ensure your project post processing is correctly configured.

Attention: When Post-Processing is on, It's not possible to create transparent images inside unity Natively. But you can modify the editor to support it when using the URP. More info on this thread:
